Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
olive oil for brushing
8 thin slices of lemon
pepper to taste
Herb Sauce
4 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove crushed
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp chopped mint
1tbps course grain mustard
juice of ½ lemon
