The Food - Frozen Meals Delivery

If you like the idea of having healthy gourmet meals delivered to your door for the purpose of healthy eating or effective weight loss, then this is the service for you! Meals are delivered weekly either on a Friday or a Saturday morning. Each breakfast, lunch and dinner is clearly labelled to tell you whether it should go in your fridge or freezer, how to re-heat it and then when to eat it!

Food

Meals for the first two days of each week include items such as fresh salad and fresh fruit salad, while meals for days 3-7 include items such as frozen pasta salads and quinoa salads. To see examples of our wide range of breakfasts, lunches and dinners, click here.

Our frozen meal delivery service is available throughout England and Wales, and up to Edinburgh and Glasgow in Scotland. Please contact us for a price if you live outside these areas.

Our frozen meal delivery service is available in all areas where we deliver our fresh meals (most parts of Dorset, Hampshire and Surrey). Many customers actually prefer the frozen service as there is only one delivery per week, and they say that there is absolutely no loss in quality. In order to accept a frozen delivery service, it is important that your freezer is large enough to accommodate 25 dishes. The dimensions of each dish are as follows:
