Healthy Ingredients

In recognition of the fact that we require a multitude of different nutrients, Nutrichef’s delicious, healthy recipes incorporate a very wide range of healthy ingredients.

Within a one month meal plan – comprising breakfast, lunch and dinner – Nutrichef customers consume more than 180 different ingredients, including a staggering 80 different fruit and vegetables. So don’t worry about getting your ‘five-a-day’, with one of our healthy meal plans you’ll be getting more than ten a day!

With Nutrichef’s nutritionally-balanced, calorie-controlled meals we ensure that you get the right proportion of carbohydrates, proteins and essential fats. A standard meal plan provides a fish dish three times a week, chicken twice a week and lamb once a week, but we can also cater to vegetarians, vegans and customers with specific ingredient dislikes. Additionally, ingredients are wheat-free, dairy-free and primarily organic.

Effective Weight Loss

If you’re looking for a healthy weight loss program, you’ve come to the right place! A Nutrichef meal plan is calorie-controlled to ensure you get an average of 1400 calories per day. Our research has shown that this level triggers steady weight loss and inch loss in most people, but is not so low that people pile on the pounds at the end of the plan and get caught in an endless cycle of yo-yo dieting. With Nutrichef, the opposite is the case - customers typically lose half to one stone in a month, but, more importantly, they learn what it really means to eat healthily. For customers with a sedate lifestyle or a slow metabolism, our nutritionists may advise ‘low calorie portions’, which provide an average of 1100 calories per day.

Sports Nutrition

Customers requiring healthy meals for sports training are given a specially tailored meal plan to suit their individual needs. This will either comprise the regular Nutrichef meal plan plus additional portions of meals, or it may involve replacing some meal items with others that have a higher protein and carbohydrate content. Nutrichef regularly provides meals for people training for marathons, professional footballers, Britain’s mixed martial arts champion, a top trampolinist and a rising tennis star!
