The Lighter & Brighter Plan


Real food, real weight loss

This is our low calorie meal plan. We provide you with breakfast, lunch and dinner, totalling around 1100 calories per day. After you’ve got started on this plan, we can lower the calories even further if you wish, by providing you with fruit breakfasts, soups and salads only for lunch or by cutting down on carbs in your dinner.   Find out more...

The Health & Vitality Plan


Love the way you feel

This is the meal plan normally chosen by our long-term clients, as it either provides them with all the food they need for the day.  We provide you with around 1500 calories per day and allow you the opportunity to tailor your plan if you’re vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free. You can also tell us about any ingredients you don’t like.  Find out more...

The Leaner & Stronger Plan



Focus on performance

Our Leaner and Stronger plans are for clients who require a higher protein diet because they are actively involved in sport. We offer two plans:

Business Athlete - you have a job but are serious about your sport!

Elite Athlete - your job probably is your sport!  We'd love to meet you.
