Your meal plan is freshly hand prepared in our own kitchens, by our own chefs, using carefully selected ingredients.  Then carefully packed by us and delivered to your door.  Our delicious healthy meals transform lives and are doubtless an investment in your health and wellbeing.

Over the last few years it has become increasingly difficult to maintain our pricing at an affordable level.  However it has always been our philsophy to make our plans accessible to as many people as possible and to ensure that our pricing is clear for you to understand. Despite the rising costs of food and fuel we have held our core, fresh meal plan prices under £20 a day.

• service (fresh or fresh/ frozen) 
• postcode
• ingredient preferences you may select to tailor your plan when you order

We discount Meal Plans when

• You eat with us longer term
• Additional people eat at the same address

Leaner & Stronger - Business Athlete

Our Business Athlete Plan comprises breakfast, lunch and dinner plus additional energy snacks such as Nutrichef Flapjack, nuts, seeds and dried fruit.

Leaner & Stronger - Elite Athlete

Our Elite Athlete Plan comprises breakfast, lunch and dinner plus additional energy snacks such as Nutrichef Flapjack, nuts, seeds and dried fruit.

This plan is designed personally for the athlete by Barbara Cox following a consultation and priced individually.
